Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped, Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Policy
At Varsity Jackets Australia, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Please note: Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Contact us at contact@varsityjackets.au for the correct return address.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons unrelated to product quality, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will vary depending on the shipping provider you select.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, Varsity Jackets Australia will cover the return shipping costs. We only charge for shipping once (including returns), and there are no restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account to confirm the transaction.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
- Reach out to your bank to check for any processing delays.
